Personal Injury

A personal Injury is defined by The Civil Liability Act 1961 as including – “Any disease and any impairment of a person’s physical and mental condition”

If your health has been affected, either physically or mentally, and you feel that the blame for this lies with another, then you may have a personal injury claim.

An important element of most personal injury claims is Negligence i.e. your injury would not have occurred but for the negligence of another person. If you are unsure as to whether you have a claim we will be happy to advise you regarding same. Simply call our office to arrange an appointment or fill in our online claims enquiry and we shall contact you.

Common Personal injury claims relate to matters such as:

  • Motor Accidents | Trip and fall | Negligence | Work related accidents or injuries
  • Medical Negligence | Any Accident on Public Property | Injuries whilst on holiday

This list is by no means definitive and we will be happy to advise you as to your circumstances.

(Please note that in contentious business, such as personal injury claims, a solicitor cannot calculate their fees or other charges as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement)
